The Full Face
PROCEDURES OF EXCELLENCE
More than 800,000 facelifts, neck lifts, and eyelid procedures are performed across North America each year, and many of these patients choose to address all three at once.
Multiple areas of the face often age at the same time, including the eyes, midface and neck. A facelift, while effective for the lower face, cannot provide rejuvenation for the eyes. By combining a facelift with a neck lift and blepharoplasty, all three key areas are revitalized in harmony.
The Rejuvenation You Choose
Our full face procedures include a facelift (rhytidectomy), a neck lift (cervicoplasty/platysmaplasty) and eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). A facelift is used to lift the area from the jawline to the cheeks, while a neck lift addresses the area below the jawline. With a blepharoplasty, Dr. Nodwell can treat the upper lids, lower lids or both.
If you have signs of aging in one area, it is likely that it is affecting other areas, too. Treating each of these three areas can help you ward off well-meaning people who keep asking if you are tired. When we treat the face as a whole, you will look rested, but will still look like you.

Why Do We Choose a Full Face Procedure?
Regardless of how good your skincare routine is, once you reach your 20s and 30s, collagen production starts to decrease each year. This happens throughout your whole body, which is why the skin around the eyes and on the face and neck can seem like they are aging all at once. You may notice aging in these areas before skin on your body because of how delicate face and neck tissue is and how much exposure these areas get to the sun.
During a Full Face procedure, Dr. Nodwell examines every detail while planning the surgery. He is looking for how each of these areas interacts with the other. You will be part of the process from start to finish, so the decision to refresh your appearance is made on your own terms.

The Nodwell Experience
Facial Rejuvenation Excellence
Faces have always struck me as beautiful architecture. There are the foundations and the visible elements, and when one element shifts, the others have to be reconsidered. I look through this lens at your Full Face consultation.
Finding the right solution for each patient is all about listening. When I can hear about how this procedure can help you, it makes all the difference to me. I don’t like it when doctors talk over patients, but I hate it when they talk down to them. During your facial consultation, I have an honest conversation without medical jargon so you can understand exactly how this surgery will impact your story.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Need All Three Procedures, or Just One?
Not every patient needs the Full Face. Some are better served by a facelift alone, others by eyelid surgery on its own. Dr. Nodwell will give you his honest assessment at your consultation.
How Should I Prepare for the Full Face?
Preparation begins six weeks out. Review every medication and supplement with Dr. Nodwell, since some will need to be paused. You should plan for at least two weeks away from work, set up a recovery space with head-elevation pillows and prescribed medications within reach.
What Results Can I Expect from the Full Face?
The physical changes of this procedure are there right after the surgery, but you won’t see your final results until the swelling goes down. Once the tissues settle, you will look refreshed, and your results can last for many years.
How Much Does the Full Face Cost?
Pricing depends on the techniques chosen and the time the surgery requires. Combining the procedures is almost always more economical than staging three separate surgeries, since anesthesia, facility and follow-up costs are consolidated into one. Financing is available through Beautifi, and a quote will be provided at your consultation.
What Should I Expect From Full Face Recovery?
Combining three procedures into one surgery means a single recovery rather than three. The early days are demanding, but the timeline is similar to having a facelift by itself.
